Here is how I would approach the off season. The assumption has to be we have enough TE and OL and the defense focus needs to be the secondary. This also has no trades but I am certian Carpenter will be dealt to Miami for a 3rd.

RD 2 - Trade to Detriot for Roy Williams
RD 3 - WR Limas Sweed, Texas
RD 4 - Jamaal Charles*, Texas
RD 5 - S Dennis Keyes, UCLA
RD 6 - DE Tommy Blake, TCU
RD 7 - QB Dennis Dixon, Oregon

Let me go on record now by saying Sweed and Charles will be gone by the end of the second round. Roy Williams is worth more than a 2nd round draft pick. Dixon blew out his knee or achilles, forget which one......NO WAY I WASTE A PICK ON HIM....especially if I can sign him as a UDFA
