Draft after lockout- verdict?

This was bantered around alot and I never saw a definitive answer. If there is a lockout, will there be a draft?

I remember people like Mort, Shefter and Czarnecki saying back in the summer and fall that there would be, but then saw alot of posts during this season that contradict that.

Does anyone know for sure?

I really dont think there will be a lockout either, but its a question I hadnt seen a definitive answer to regarding the draft.

I believe there would be a draft, but teams wouldn't be able to sign UDFA's. And if this season was locked out, the next draft would come down to a weighted lottery system I believe, but am not completely sure about this.
