Draft and lockout

Since we will undoubtedly have a very high draft pick this year, possibly the first pick at the rate we are going, if there is a lockout next year what happens to the draft? If there is no season next year would they still have a draft? If they do, how would the draft order be determined if there is no record to base it on? Could we possibly get extremely high draft picks two years in a row? Just thinking out loud!!

If Dallas gets high draft picks for the next two years, somebody has just uncovered a motive for the sloppy performance this year.

On the other hand, more talent will not help this team put things together. Talent doesn't fix a lack of discipline.
