With over a month to go before the draft it fun and interested to see all of us share our mock and get feedback. I for one like to see what other Cowboys Fans think of what players and what direction the team is heading. I like to see the college talent and to see which players we would like to see become part of our Fav team. I know we tend to "fall in love" with certain players and want them to be mocked to us. I just want to say that every draft.......we can get any player we want regardless of where they are ranked....the only thing that will stop us is that we have 18 picks before us......after that every person has the chance to be a cowboy. it all depends on if our front office believes that players can be special.
In terms of trading back and getting more picks...we have more than enough picks and I think we might end of with 8 when it is all said and done. As of today again with readking more comments and seeing more mock drafts I think 40 days early I am starting to hope that when our pick come up....these players are on the board

But after the first 18 we can have any player we want....and after Round 1 is completed we have to wait another 20 picks and agains we can have anyone we want......that the gamble u play in hoping that players u want are there when it time for u to pick....I don't think ranking matter after the 1st round..per saay.. I seen teams take players ranked in the 30th......around the early 15-25. It all depends on all the draft goes and if they believe the player will be there 19 picks later. Teams don't need the next ranked player...that would make it no fun......Teams don't need 7 WR...or 10 DL...most teams only pick at the most 2 players at any given position.
Those are my 2 cents.....
I would trade fro Darwin Smith if he drops to the 14th..but i would only give up a 4th.....anything more we would be investing to much.
