Draft class full of underclass men

This might be one of the deeper draft classes in some time due to all of the underclass men declaring for the draft. I think I heard this year might be a record for underclassmen

How does that affect the weighting of this draft and does it indicate we should go for volume out of this class since it may have 9 rounds of draftable players?

Will there be more "projects" because of all the underclassmen?

It does not really affect the volume of draftable grade players. A lot of the underclassmen made mistakes coming out and won't even get drafted.
