Since it is in KC, I thought of BBQ but their BBQ sucks unless you like a lot of sugar and I like to taste the meat.

Can you really grill an avocado, have never tried doing it.

You can just about grill anything, I do romaine and other veggies for salads that way and it changes the flavor.

Just paint a little olive oil on it, put it cut side down and then flip when it had good grill marks, when you take it off, hit it with a fresh squeeze of lime and coarse salt.

I did. Just kidding got out of the dinner part of my evening.

True story though. My manager is a big 49er fan. He called and texted right after we lost to those a#**&$#*@ in the playoffs. I then called him, used very colorful language and quit. He freaked out. He ended up calling me the next morning to talk me out of it. Gotta admit, I was pissed, but had to stay. We did come to an understanding that he was to not talk about the Cowboys to me anymore. We’ll see if I need a new job in the fall.
