I do think Dallas will take the BPA of a position that is highest on THEIR board. I do think that if there is so to speak a tie on two players, one on offense and one on defense that they go with the offense guy.

So my pick is Darnell Washington.

switch out DE for G and I think those are their targets in the first. I don't think 26 lines up well enough to draft a G, they probably are not valuing the position either by thinking Ball or Farniok or even making Tyler go inside works fine.

Can you add anything to that? I mean he plays a flashier position and I did see a rep versus D Wright (who I am very impressed by) where he used his long arm to get into his chest and get around him that was impressive. I am intrigued just not sure where he should be ranked.

He has 1st round DE athleticism plus 1st round production would be the easiest way for me to sum it up.

He just has that burst / bend factor that you just can’t teach. If it wasn’t a loaded DE class hed probably be a top 15/20 pick IMO.

I want Gibbs bad. No way we want the Eagles to get him at 30. But My gut says TE. Probably Mayer as Kincaid prob be gone.

I'm happy with Gibbs, Johnston, or Smitz.

My first choice is Johnston bc we already have Pollard....although maybe you can get Gibbs and Pollard on the field at the same time too. That's why it's hard to predict.

As for who I think they'll pick?

I am beginning to think it's TE Darnel Washington, based on their comments and body language at the press conference.

Jerry and MM both made slip up type comments. And remember, McCarthy had Bubba Franks..we've previously had M. Bennett.
