Cowboys almost always show their hand with camp invites, and they like Ward over Dix, who was not invited.

Replace Ego with 1 of Marcus Smith, Chris Smith, or Jackson Jeffcoat. DT in rounds 2 and 3 would be overkill anyway.

I'm also not crazy about Watt in the 4th. I have to believe there would be a better o line option on the board at that point.

Haha, Hageman, Clarke, and a redshirt Colvin would be a good start to rebuilding the D though. Just need a better edge rusher instead of a 1 tech in Ego.

You can basically take off both of the LSU DT's from our board. There's almost no chance they end up here. Les Miles and Jerry Jones have a close relationship, and let's just say Les isn't fans of those two.

That is somewhat what Broaddus has intimated as well. He can't stand either one of them.

I know this is not your mock and that you are just providing it for our review. I think they have Dix going too high (and that we won't draft him at #16). I think that Hageman will go a lot sooner than our pick in the second. My guess is that Colvin could go quite a bit earlier than he is slotted here as well.

Yeah him and the other guy on the draft show are both LSU Alum and homers and neither of them like the two DTs. Which should say something when even a homer does not like the player.
