Draft Mags are out

Was in the Kroger tonight and they had the Pro Football Weekly (magazine version) as well as Lindy's on the stand. Picked up both.

"The new phone books are here, the new phone books are here." I saw 'em today as well at Barnes & Noble. The Pro Football Weekly one was written BEFORE the Super Bowl Results, Steelers/Packers Draft Order was listed as TBD. Now that is good reporting, or rather publishing.

It may not be "good publishing" but it's good business. They know if you get it out first, people will buy it. That's what's happening.

Internet has made the draft mags irrelevant. Of course holding a Kindle or laptop not as comforting as a magazine when you are sitting in that certain room of the house multi tasking.
