Here is my 1st attempt at Team Player needs and Top 5 per position for those needs.

1st Tier Needs:
CB - Carrs gone Mo is not that good and others are JAG's
DE - 2 DE's leaving this year in FA 2 more the next year have to restock and sign someone this year in FA
RB - Face it we cannot afford Dez and Murray, and its harder to find a premier WR than a RB.

2nd Tier Needs:
OT - Parnel is gone Free is a FA and do you want Wheems as the Swing tackle?
WR - Harris leaving Beaz coming on but we need someone encase starter goes down. oh and where is Twill
QB - Romo's back enough said have to draft replacement or we end up in the Carter/Huchinson/Denson debacle

3rd Tier Needs:
OLB - Ro, Durant and Carter all FA's too many holes I think they resign Ro and Durant but still need depth
SS/FS - i think we are set with 42 and 27 but Wilcox is more a SS to me and we really need a ball hawk back there.
DT - 1-Tech is not a major need, Brent not sure what we have, and McClain is more a 3-Tech rotating with Crawford and Melton but can plan 1-tech and Hayden i don't think is leaving even tho he's just not that good... but he has pics of Jerry and Prostitutes somewhere thats why he's still here on the roster

From my list here are my Top 5 at each position:

Thowing a random comment in there.

I would consider Holliman day 2. IMO he is not a year 1 starter as he is a HORRIBLE tackler right now. But i think can make plays as a subpackage safety and get coached on how to tackle and be our FS by 2016

Where did you get your rankings from. Man those are terrible. But I'll play along. Give me the following to feel your needs.

CB
Quinton Rollins
Senquez Golson (perfect nickel dime at first)

DE
Nate Orchard
Preston Smith

Your FS rankings are terrible. I would take Drummond or Prewitt over either of those

DT no need for a 3 tech early. I like Malcolm Brown as a 1 tech we may be able to get in the 2nd.

OLB Paul Dawson looks like a great fit. I think we will resign. Durant.

RB Telvin Coleman is my guy

WR give me Tyrrell Locket

QB I don't want to waste a draft pick on one. If a rookie had to come in he wouldn't help this team any more than Weeden did. We are with Romo for a few more years face it people.

OT Erick Fowlers is a beast

I dont think we are set and I agree with the OP that Wilcox and church are both SS. I would like to see a ball hawking FS.

But I think the coaches are fine with Wilcox and church. Now I don't think that will stop them from drafting a FS if they think he is the best player at that pick.

Most people have DeVante Parker as the consensus 2nd best receiver prospect and you don't have him listed. Do you not feel he deserves the hype or was it an oversight? As a louisville fan, I have to say Holliman is going to need to develop a little more so he won't be the number one FS taken, but his tackling problems aren't as bad as people make it out to be. You can't teach his ball skills and instincts. After the first couple of Louisville games everyone was waiting for Holliman to stop getting picks but he put himself in the right place at the right time every time.
