That's true.

But its about the impression rather than reality.

If you are looking to do business with another organisation, and you turn up at their premises and its full if family members, including children runnjng around, what impression does it give? Would you chose that organisation over one with a polished professional image?
We are the "Joke" of the NFL and no team fears playing us.
Lions, Browns, Cowboys, and that is all she wrote!!:(

P.S. Look for both the Lions and Browns to win an SB before we win another.....

I'm tired of you guys making fun of our inbred ******** hillbilly owner and clan.
if you guys hate them, then "find a new team" or "scrap up the money and buy this joke team"
sheesh, doom and gloom haters.

When the cameras went to the draft rooms of other teams, they all had a getting on with business feel. Full of coaches and scouts, laptops, player lists, office type furniture. I noticed the odd owner being present in some, but only on the periphery.

When the Cowboys draft room was shown, we see 3 generations of the Jones family - including children - sitting in expensive "video gamer" style chairs. No sense that it was a room where important business decisions are being made.

What impression does this give prospective players?

Pretty much got the same impression of our players performance on the field in some games last season especially the playoff loss to San Francisco.

not all business in that link LMAO..some fans here think the jones family are here to impress them and let me tell you they are not..if anyone believes family worth 15+ billion dollars don't know how to conduct business when it counts, you are truly cluelss, they didn't win lottery they worked for every dime they made and im sick and tired of this fanbase mocking them as if they dont have a clue on how to run this team.they have more then 100 employees on staff many on scouting and coaching areas year round feeding rhem with knowledge on players etc..did you not open that link behind the scenes of the draft..a lot of work goes into it, you are seeing the very end of it and enjoying family now is crime?

some of these fans must have never visited fortune 500 and above corporate board rooms and meeting rooms. Ever watch the show Billions gives you perspective on how billionaires conduct business, they aren't in dusty basement on lawn chairs being All Business..

ever see Google behind the scenes headquarters lol
All you just said is that they know how to make money...we know they are phenomenal at that

The Cowboys are a family business. Jerrah is doubling down on that as of late. Almost being defiant about it. MM looked uncomfortable sitting next to his child boss.:laugh:

We all would do the same thing if we owned the Cowboys. The same base backs Jimmy but disrespecting Jerry in front of the coaches like that will cost you your job.

The correct impression, :
We are a family run enterprise with amateurs making the important decisions.
It's an embarrassment actually.
Nepotism has correctly been identified as
An impediment for success in the business world.
We are more interested in doing it our way instead
Of the professional way.

no i said this is standard practices for billionaires all of them the offices and headquarters are not some dank hole in the ground , they all have these types of spaces for their employees. they are being excused of not being serious business men so not sure how you aren't making my case..they didn't get to where they are by being aloof business men. jeez people get like you are obviously super jealous of the Jonses they own and run team you slobber over daily and you cant stand it..have to put down family for sharing big moments

ironic posts show other teams going far more to the extreme with draft day accommodations and yet here we are putting down our team as usual.

there are CEOs for giant corporations we know first hand take million dollar vacations on the company dime then get bailouts ..Jones' at least's are private entity who run their own business without robbing the shareholders then the tax payers..thats a fact!

jealousy is the leading reason for the hate of the jonse family.. go earn your 15nbillion and buy your own team..let me know how that works out for you..

BTW ive seen some team owners even NFL owner new ones come in with all the new huh like the jags , browns , and panthers..they have more money then the Jonses spend less of it on FAs and have worst drafts Or overspend on players far worse then anything the Jonses has done so far, what have they learned coming in full bore with unlimited resources and do it the fans here think they should firing Gms, coaches and changing qbs all the time and what exactly has it got them,?..facts..none have 3 Sb rings, also a fact,..most likely never will
