so scumryple didn't get to come in for some shots? or pics
We are the "Joke" of the NFL and no team fears playing us.That's true.
But its about the impression rather than reality.
If you are looking to do business with another organisation, and you turn up at their premises and its full if family members, including children runnjng around, what impression does it give? Would you chose that organisation over one with a polished professional image?
When the cameras went to the draft rooms of other teams, they all had a getting on with business feel. Full of coaches and scouts, laptops, player lists, office type furniture. I noticed the odd owner being present in some, but only on the periphery.
When the Cowboys draft room was shown, we see 3 generations of the Jones family - including children - sitting in expensive "video gamer" style chairs. No sense that it was a room where important business decisions are being made.
What impression does this give prospective players?
All you just said is that they know how to make money...we know they are phenomenal at thatnot all business in that link LMAO..some fans here think the jones family are here to impress them and let me tell you they are not..if anyone believes family worth 15+ billion dollars don't know how to conduct business when it counts, you are truly cluelss, they didn't win lottery they worked for every dime they made and im sick and tired of this fanbase mocking them as if they dont have a clue on how to run this team.they have more then 100 employees on staff many on scouting and coaching areas year round feeding rhem with knowledge on players etc..did you not open that link behind the scenes of the draft..a lot of work goes into it, you are seeing the very end of it and enjoying family now is crime?
some of these fans must have never visited fortune 500 and above corporate board rooms and meeting rooms. Ever watch the show Billions gives you perspective on how billionaires conduct business, they aren't in dusty basement on lawn chairs being All Business..
ever see Google behind the scenes headquarters lol
The Cowboys are a family business. Jerrah is doubling down on that as of late. Almost being defiant about it. MM looked uncomfortable sitting next to his child boss. When the cameras went to the draft rooms of other teams, they all had a getting on with business feel. We all would do the same thing if we owned the Cowboys. The same base backs Jimmy but disrespecting Jerry in front of the coaches like that will cost you your job.not all business in that link LMAO..some fans here think the jones family are here to impress them and let me tell you they are not..if anyone believes family worth 15+ billion dollars don't know how to conduct business when it counts, you are truly cluelss, they didn't win lottery they worked for every dime they made and im sick and tired of this fanbase mocking them as if they dont have a clue on how to run this team.they have more then 100 employees on staff many on scouting and coaching areas year round feeding rhem with knowledge on players etc..did you not open that link behind the scenes of the draft..a lot of work goes into it, you are seeing the very end of it and enjoying family now is crime?

The correct impression, :When the cameras went to the draft rooms of other teams, they all had a getting on with business feel. Full of coaches and scouts, laptops, player lists, office type furniture. I noticed the odd owner being present in some, but only on the periphery.

No, would you?That's true.

no i said this is standard practices for billionaires all of them the offices and headquarters are not some dank hole in the ground , they all have these types of spaces for their employees. they are being excused of not being serious business men so not sure how you aren't making my case..they didn't get to where they are by being aloof business men. jeez people get like you are obviously super jealous of the Jonses they own and run team you slobber over daily and you cant stand it..have to put down family for sharing big momentsAll you just said is that they know how to make money...we know they are phenomenal at that
no one lasts long in their careers by bashing the bosses..thats a fact pus we all know Jimmy was leaving soon anyway.he and parcels share that bug they want new challenge every 5 years,,it was coming anywayWe all would do the same thing if we owned the Cowboys. The same base backs Jimmy but disrespecting Jerry in front of the coaches like that will cost you your job.
So another reason the FO is inept because their war room is styled out and doesn't look like a back room poker parlor.

Meanwhile, they've been drafting pretty well of late.
And SJ is a perfect meathead...lolIt's "All In The Family" With Archie leading the clan.
Unfortunately, you don't have parades or hang banners for good drafts.
