Draft Show Talking up Hood

I have no idea why Hood isn't getting more buzz.

Give me one knock on Hood, or one black mark on his scouting report. You could argue that he doesn't have any "superpower" standout traits that would truly make him a stud, but he checks every box you want to see in an NFL boundary corner. He's a high-floor starter at a money position.

I'd project him as a springier version of Chido.

Admittedly I have not watched him a ton but he was up and down at the Sr Bowl and the knock is apparently hips and short area quickness which raises my eyebrows. Love his patience in press man.

Chido had an elite 3 cone and solid short shuttle and Hood did not do those drills which doesnt help my concerns.

The one thing that does give me a ton of respect for him is Conner Rogers (PFF) recently did a draft recap talking about his preparation / tape review leading up to Saturday games which I would imagine Parker will love.

Yeah he seems to be liked by our staff. They mentioned his tackling and run stopping abilities.

I know Dallas typically does not partake in FA, but if this year they do, then talking about the draft is kinda pointless at this point in time.

Our draft needs will change if we add quality FA's and-or if we trade a draft pick. So really no reason to get all worked about it at this time.

Every year names get leaked that are 100% fact, its like clock work with this team.
Taco, mazi, Bobby carpenter , guyton....the nfl knew ahead of time our targets.
