With a lost Dallas is guaranteed the 6th spot, they can not draft any higher.

Games to watch at 4pm with a Dallas win.

Seahawks vs Rams (Seahawks to win)
Titans vs Colts (Titans to win)
Commanders vs Giants (Commanders to Win)

The worst possible spot we can land is 12th.

If the Cowboys AND Texans lose, Dallas will get the #5 pick if:
EITHER NY Jets beat Buffalo OR Baltimore beats Cincinnati AND
EITHER Tampa Bay beats New Orleans OR San Francisco beats Arizona
If BOTH New Orleans AND Arizona win, Dallas and Houston must flip for the pick.

Look at it this way, even at 12 we probably get one of the top - if not the top - OL.

The real key for us this off-season is our DC going forward, imo, not the difference between drafting 6 and 12.

Who do you want? I'd take Dareus from Bama. Saw him play some this year, and saw him yesterday, and the guy was a beast. I think he could really help the DL, which to me is about as big a need as we have, excpet for OL, which I doubt any of the OL in the draft would be value at the 6th spot. Then I'd look to get someone like Marcus Cannon in the 2nd.

Unlike some people around here Id like to dramatically improve our future with a playmaker instead of trading down yet again for more average players .

i wouldnt be pissed. its kinda a win win situation. if we win great we beat the egirls if we lose we get a high draft pick. it doesnt matter to me either way.
