If the Cowboys are faced with the following four scenarios at #12 which one would you prefer the cowboys do?

1. Draft at 12 and take a QB.
2. Draft at 12 and take a position other than QB.
3. Trade back a small amount and acquire a mid level pick.
4. Trade back and be willing to drop farther for more valuable pick(s).

#2 - contingent on best available player, which I would prefer is a top ranked defensive tackle

#1 - Mad Genius pipe dream
#3 - possible Mad Genius action
#4 - would like more info on 'more valuable picks'

In this scenario, Id stay at 12 and pick the highest graded player on their board thats not a QB

so # 2 for me

A good chance they would take Jeanty or Tet McMillan. If they are both gone trade back and take Emeka Egbuka or Omarion Hampton.

Or they could trade pick 12 to Denver for Courtland Sutton and pick 20 and take Omarion Hampton.

3 or 4 if they can find trade partners

I'd love to have as many picks in the top 75 as they can get. This draft isn't top heavy but they could easily find 5 or 6 players that can contribute this season in the top 75.
