What I’m Hearing – 4/13/11

April 13th, 2011 Last night on Twitter, I released plenty of inside information regarding the top end of this year’s draft. To clear everything up, here’s the latest that I’m hearing on each respective team:

1. Carolina – I’ve been told that Cam Newton will be the pick unless the Panthers receive a big enough package to move down. I was told by one source that it’s 50-50 as to whether they’d get a good enough package to entice them to move down. At this point, I’m completely assuming that Newton will be the pick until I hear otherwise.

it boggles my mind that carolina wants a qb. Clausen has all the potential to be a good nfl qb but the rest of the team sucks horribly. make the team around him decent then in 2 or 3 years they'll be good. Or they can draft cam and spend the next 5 years pulling their hair out in frustration as he tries to lead that talentless team.
