Drafting 26th who you got

Establish the run game so lift guard add Establish the run game so left Guard Torrance would be great. Robinson would be unlikely there. But it’s a good draft for running backs

If Bijan is there he's BPA by a mile.
Unless he's top on your entire board, doesn't it depend on who else is there?
Or maybe you're saying because he is a RB, he has a greater chance to fall even if he is high on the big board?
That would make sense

Honestly, even though 2nd round seems to be the sweet spot and best value for RBs (Henry, Chubb, Cook, etc) I think someone takes him in the 1st

A gifted running back will have the biggest impact right now. However, you should be prepared for them to be done after that first contract. If there is a gifted CB, WR, DT or LG available at 26, that will make a difference right away. By all means take them. Something tells me all the sure things at those positions will be gone by then. For every Trevon Diggs you find in the 2nd round there are ten Kelvin Josephs.

I was anxious to see how he did at the Sr Bowl but early reports indicate he’s struggled getting off press / LOS. He also came in at 6’0 as opposed to 6’3 which he was listed at.
The thing about this WR class is there aren't a whole lot of big receivers, most are tweener types: between big and small. In the right offensive scheme, that could work. Some of the smaller guys are able to get better separation because of their weight.

You can do better on the cap if you go after a CB, DT, DE, or someone who'll have a bigger impact on the cap, because you get them on a rookie deal. The key is finding someone who can come in and be ready at that pick.

I flop all over the place, lol. There's a lot of guys to watch.
Me too. It takes a while to digest it all. But so far, that's where I'm at with a couple of players.

Nice! I'm hoping for a large defensive tackle. I have been for decades lol

Torrence has been amazing in Mobile so far. I didn't know this but the commentators at practice said he had 0 penalties against him all year and allowed 0 sacks all year.
Even though I don't want to go O-line, in the first again. Torrence would be a safe pick that helps Dak's deficiencies. I was watching his 1on1 drills and as soon as he got both hands on the rusher, it was all over. His movement in space is lackluster but the Cowboys never pull anyone and they have no semblance of a screen game. He would definitely be a good player at 26, if he makes it there that is.

i liked Hyatt before Jeremiah spilled the beans and made him his top WR,no way he is going to drop to 26 now.

Agree…really hope we shift our mindset on only looking at taller dudes.

So many studs that are under 6’0 that could be great weapons for us.

Before you blow your first rounder at RB, a position that you can typically fill for much less, you have to consider you can get players like Dwayne McBride in the later rounds. He averaged over 7 yards a carry, and definitely has power and homerun hitting abilities in one.

I might even be tempted to take two backs, but I'm at least getting one by round 4 of this one. I'd go WR, or CB high in round 1 and 2...

I'm taking the elite RB over 2nd tier ones. Robinson is most likely to be off the board anyway.
Then I'm looking at Gibbs and Zach Charbonnet in the 2nd round if Gibbs is also gone.
I really like that RB from Tulane thats blowing up the Shrine game practices.
