Dream Draft?

Walter's football (www.BAN-INCOMING-IN-3-2-1) predicts Dallas draft goes like this:

Round 1 (24) Early Doucet, WR, LSU
Round 1 (30): Jack Ikegwuonu, CB, Wisconsin
Round 2 (62): Jason Shirley, NT, Fresno State
Round 3 (94): James Davis, RB, Clemson

I dont think James Davis lasts this long, but could anyone really complain if the draft fell like this?

I don't see the need for a NT, but yeah, other than that that'd be a fantastic draft.

I think we could get one of the better corners with our 1st pick and probably let Doucet fall to our 2nd first rounder.

I was going to mention Jack Ikegwuonu earlier in draft prediction threads, but I didn't want to appear to be a Badger homer. This kid can fly and has big play ability. He would be a solid pick imo.

I don't think we need to draft a corner in the 1st round maybe 2nd I would want to draft Terry Replacement for sure and maybe Flozell Replacement.

Agreed, although I still fail to see what the big deal is about Early Doucet. It's not like he's dominating teams, he hasn't even gone over 100 yards in a game this season. I'd rather Adarius Bowman.

We took two tackles last season, I think Jerry is gambling on Free taking Flo's spot when that time comes.

Just wait and see. And stop looking at an ESPN stat sheet to judge college talent. Once he gets in an NFL offense with a good QB he'll be very good. I don't think he has gamebreaking #1 receiver potential like TO or anything. But he has everything you want in a WR.

I'm not a stat sheet guy by any means, and I'd assume you're right about how he'd do with a real QB, but the difference is that I DO see Bowman as a #1 guy, but who knows.

Yeah, it'd be a tough choice. I see Bowman as possibly the guy with a higher ceiling and Doucet being the safer pick.

Neither of these guys are "wow" players like Jerry's looking for, though.

I dont see how a guy can be predincting a draft before the combine, or the college or NFL season is over.

My Prediction: We dont take any of these guys.
