Drew Brees leaves game with injured ankle

Does anyone have any more details? I just flipped on NFL Network and they were at halftime on the Chargers-49ers game. They said that Brees was hurt and left the game with an injured ankle.

Anyone know if it's serious? Anyone watching the game? Best that I can get is from the Chargers' forums, they're saying the doctors are still looking at it.

I heard it was very minor and was pulled as a precaution. He will play opening day.

He's fine. They also lost Olivea (sp?) and a LB to ankle injuries. They're fine too.

The dumb announcers said it was Rivers, but in fact it was some QB named "Lemon"
