drew perason basically said dicipline is sorely lacking with this team with attention to details of the little things. Thats its up to the coaching staff, like situations in locker room, the players handled themselves in lockerroom.
Those leaders didnt let anyone disrubt things, and the players have to know where the buck stops from the head coach. And the players know they can go over wade phillips or whomever the head coach is and goes complining and griping to jerry jones.
Last few years, the players have been running the cowboys situation, not the head coach or jerry jones.
Thinks T O is a very good player, and 10 guys like T O when he was playing, but he doesnt seem discipline and track record that T O has been with other clubs.
IN business situatioins he calls T O a distractor, and no, you dont need T O on the team with his attitude and T O going off at any moment, and where T O knows more than his coach or wr coach.
Example, drew pearson believed in dick nolan, even though nolan didnt play wr in the pros. But back to T O when things go negative, so they obviously cant win when things go negative with this team, so maybe drew says they should do without T O in other words, dont shoot the poster, im just posting what drew pearson said.
