I don't know who it was that reported earlier that we moved up to the 4th pick in the draft, but multiple reports have shown that we actually dropped to 7th. Just wanted to clear that up. Our strength of schedule actually took quite a leap this week when the rest of the NFC East winning. And another win would drop us to 13th as we have officially have the highest strength of schedule in the entire NFL. Not quite sure how that happened considering our division, but it appears to be the case.

Shefter tweeted earlier this afternoon that it was 6..

NFL.com says 6 too, but a lot of other sources say 7. The weird thing is almost nobody can agree on strength of schedule for any teams. And they're numbers are way off. I've seen sources with us having the highest in the NFL and others with one of the lowest. It's either 6 or 7. Bloggingtheboys says 7. NFL.com says 6. Either way, someone here on CowboysZone posted earlier that we moved up to 4th. It got my hopes up for a second but that definitely doesn't seem to be the case. They might've done their calculations before the Giants/Dolphins game.

Just have to be in top 10.

I'd rather get our top choice. But, who knows, "falling" into picks has actually worked out nicely for us. Martin wasn't our top choice but he might've been the biggest steal of the draft. You could argue the same for Frederick, Jones and others. That being said, I'd like to be able to have faith in our scouts or whoever makes the decision. I want them to get their 1A, not their 2C. But I agree, the biggest talent is in the top 10.

If the Cowboys lose out, they should be guaranteed a top 6 pick at worst. SF plays Detroit so that should put one of them below us in that scenario. I don't think the Cowboys can get higher than the 4th pick looking at the other teams schedules. Knowing Dallas though, they'll win another game or two and pick out of the top 10.

Our schedule went 12-4 this week (6 wins from NFC East, Pats, Pack, Panthers, Jets, Saints, Seahawks = 12 wins). Losses from Saints, Dolphins, Bucs, and Falcons.

Don't worry there's plenty of time to rocket up the draft chart. I confident we will, at least I'm confident about one thing with this team.

Well, don't think they win the next two games. So that'll help the draft spot position.
