Damone Clark is a rookie and he had an issue. He just started practicing.
I'm not talking about Damone Clark. Everyone knows he was drafted seriously injured and would probably miss most, if not all, of this season. Jabril Cox is the one currently waiting to be given a chance to play.

Ndamukong Suh is still available right now in free agency.
3 reasons I like the Suh idea although I don't think the Cowboys need a DT at the moment:

1) Signing Suh won't cost any assets.
2) He's nasty/dirty and brings an edge n fear factor.
3) Suh could help teach the youngsters like Peters.

That's the move right there.

He'd round out the d-line very nicely.

I think a 3rd would get it done too. You’d only get him for this year and next until his contract is up but dude would take a great defense and make
it even better.

We need to be all in next few years.

Who is available (in theory)? Could we pry Allen from Washington?
Lol, did I miss something with the production from our 3techs that we would need to send a mini fortune in players and draft capital to a division rival for a player who there’s a good chance has a short shelf life. I’m sure if you offered Parsons, they would love to make that trade!!!!

Brown hasn’t turned out to be the player I thought he would be, but would certainly be an upgrade to what we have now. And he could be a difference maker with the guys that are around him.

Guys like this have contracts coming up in a year or two. The cost could be steep and Stephen has #7 n #11 to pay big bucks. Can the Cowboys even afford to pay one of these guys?

They can still use them under their current deals. I'm not saying get all 3, but DT is the weakest spot on this team.

No doubt. I liked the players you named to make a point as to why it's unlikely Stephen would swing a trade for those caliber players.

A better target would be Grady Jarrett from the Falcons. But he would cost a lot
It depends on if they feel their which is the weak link - 1T vs. 3T. Payne is DEFINITELY a 1T and Jarrett is more of a 3T.

I wouldn’t call DT a weakness but I’d 100% call the Panthers about Derrick Brown to give us a stud.
Adding Derrick Brown to this front would be unfair. You can't single block this kid. He would free up everything. Would be awesome to see
