It's not just coaching. Jerry has to let the coach be the coach. No one really wants this job. Imagine being named HC and being told you have to keep KM as OC? That tells you everything you need to know about this front office.

There are likely fair points for that to be said, although the team management is also a curse to those same players. The team's managerial incompetence runs rampant within the walls of the front office. Look what they did to their WR corps this year. Unfortunately, it's toxic and filters down to the whole team.

Honestly..............................this used to be a proud successful franchise. Jerry has ruined it. Its so pathetic.

At this point, I am not even sure the dynasty was worth it. We sold our souls for an insane short run of success but now have to deal with what looks like generations of mediocrity.

We wouldn't have had the early success with a lot of other owners but we would be better placed now if someone else had bought us back in 89
