With the hard choices at WR and LB, keeping Baker for the emergency QB slot frees a spot. I seem to remember that the emergency QB does not have to be a QB. Could be Crayton, et all. Baker can be left on the PS without worrying about anyone likely to grab him.

Yes I can see that happening considering that we're going to be needing a KO specialist it so appears.

Henson was not eligible for the PS. Since all evidence points to a maximum effort this year to go all the way, he was expendable. Now we can keep the extra kicker without sacrificing someone else.
