I like this kid and what he brings to the table. He shouldn't be asked to break big gains every time he gets the ball on a slant. I felt like Weeden went to that well one to many times today and it took away what made it successful. I'm happy to see this guy earning his roster spot and thought he really came to play. Just a bright spot in a sea of garbage. 10 grabs for 100 yards.

He serves his purpose like a Darren Sproles, he has been the bright spot of our RB corp. I can't wait for Romo and Dez to get back no team could shut us down like the Falcons did in the second half today.

I'm just afraid it's gonna be too late

I've always loved Dunbar and always had a place on this roster. I can't even blame Weeden for checking down so much to him. Him and Jason were really the only reliable options today. Nobody else got any separation. OL didn't really give him the team to work the ball down field.

Only took a few years to get him involved. I look for Escobar to do this in another year or two :D

No doubt.

I'm delighted with his play.

But he's got limitations.

Not too tough to bring down and he does't block.

Meaning he sees the field in a limited capacity and when he comes in..

he's a pass receiver and no team is going to think he is into run it.

Not good unfortunately.

I think its sad if Dunbar ends up the leading receiver in a game.

I was wrong about Dunbar, and I'm glad to be. A good scat back can be dangerous.

Sadly, he won't be as dangerous if he's the only player targeted outside of Witten.

If we are not going to play Cmike I would like to see Dunbar have some of those holes we saw in the first quarter as a runner.

He reminds me of Reggie Bush as a receiver as well.

In fact I could argue right now that he's our best offensive player.

That says a lot! ;)

I too was wrong about Dunbar and I think he can run better than we think. I would like to see him use more as a RB. I think he can be very effective on a draw just like Julius Jones was.

Spread the defense out and have him as a RB and run a draw.

After months of reading he was a wasted roster spot and would never produce and should be cut, it's nice to see our RB3 carving out a nice niche and producing.
