This isn't quite hazing, but I've never liked this "Make the rookies do this or that" ritual. I'm a laissez-faire person. Leave everyone alone. Only the coaches should have power to tell someone to do this or that.

It can't get disrespectful, but stuff like holiday decorating is harmless. Probably exactly the right level of hazing.

Harmless. Make the rookies sing a song or something. Just don't do any hazing that is physical in nature or personal chores.

The singing signing bonus thing was funny from hard knocks several years ago.
