Do you think he's gonna finish above ogletree? 5 receptions 127 yards and 2 TD's...i know its preseason but he's a rookie, so thats impressive. I really think this years draft could really pay dividends in the future.

Tysson Poots is in the running. :D

There was one play before that game winning TD play where he had a miscommunication with McGee

I still think he is 1-2 years away from making noise.

were you able to watch the game? His stats are a little skewed, but he did play well, just not as good as his stats say.

He did okay. One of his TD's was him being wide open on like a 5 yard slant which turned into a 70 yard touchdown. It was more of a Defensive mistake than a great play...

i think it's a little early to talk about him as the 3rd....we need to see more of how Ogletree does in the 3 WR sets with Romo and Austin and Dez

however i think Harris showed a lot of promise to be the 4th WR for sure

yeah. my point is he's a rookie with big play potential. i think that could be a great fit at the slot position.

Seemed good. He's probably a upper end #4 WR at this point, and that's around the same level i'd put Ogletree.

I hope one can emerge as a #3.

I always believe former QB's turned WR's have an advantage... Look at Boldin and Ward, they contributed right away in the NFL, even Patrick Crayton contributed from the start.

There's something to be said about capitalizing on the other team's mistakes.

That's to be expected of him. Ogletree is still making miscommunications, which lead to the NcGee interception. I'm rooting for them both but Harris impressed me tonight, showing sure hands and a burst of speed.

Sorry, I don't buy that excuse. You either make the play or you don't. He did. Defenses make mistakes and blow coverages all the time, but you still give credit for the offensive player for taking advantage of it. Again, he did, so that makes it a great play.

I'm still rooting for Ogletree. He is so fast and if he can get back to catching the ball he will be such a huge threat.

Too early to crown em yet. We gotta see how they do with the 1st team. Ogletree did a decent job tonight but they're not going to be running routes against 3rd team and undrafted free agents during the season.

Harris looks like he's got some nice potential though. Could be better than Crayton was down the road

I was about to post the same basic thought. You beat me to it. This guy is an athlete who knows where to be on the field. I think he beats out Ogletree.

I think he looked much better than O-tree.

Ogletree seems really lackadaisical out there.

If Harris doesn't move into the #3 before the season, I think he will definitely finish the year as the #3. He seems like a really good match for the slot.

He played the same exact position in the same exact offense that Danny Amendola and Wes Welker played in college. He's well versed in picking up the hot routes and finding the soft spots in zones on the fly from the slot. He should pick up the slot easily. He's a natural, instinctive football player.

Three points: 1) He makes plays. 2) He catches the ball 3) He'll be in the league a while

I posted in the other thread that week 6 is the over/under line on him officially becoming the 3rd WR.
