So since this is hate week I'd figure we all share our stories of meeting the wonderful Eagles fans that we've encountered over the years. Anyone got any interesting stories that you've witnessed with such an upstanding group of people? Anyone?

I've never met an actual eagles fan and these are things I'd rather do than meet an Eagles fan:

Chew on tinfoil with a mouth full of fillings
Go see the movie "The Box" again
Have my toenails removed
Drink a warm Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer
Pay $$ to see a Commanders game that doesn't involve the Cowboys
Sit in a room with my eyelids taped open with a tv showing PTI 24 hours a day.
Rub tabasco sauce in my eyes
Go on a date with Rosie O'Donnell
Give JJ daily foot massages
Wipe the sweat from the skin folds of Andy Reid

i've been to a few games in philly, the fans are actually really fun to tailgate with. they get a bad rap but they don't do anything all other fans don't do, for the most part.

I've met the Scotty Express crew once or twice up there. They are actually pretty fun people to hang out with. It's usually their ribbing they do but you get used to it after a while lol.

The first time I went to see the Cowboys play was when I was 11 years old at Veteran Stadium in Philly vs. the Eagles. We lost 14-16 (here's the boxscore http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/198510200phi.htm) and on my way out of the aisle, some Eagles fan slowly poured what was left of his beer all over my Cowboys jacket. I was 11!
I've hated those fans and that team ever since. And finally, this year, I came home by moving to Dallas, TX, where I was always meant to live!

I just found out the mailman at my office is an Eagles fan.


He sees me and my hat and says, "you're going down"

I laughed and said, "again, like last week?", "you know you cant beat us scoring ZERO points right??"

So I preceded to tell him, "I will be right here, Monday"

I caused a ruckus the other night, and insulted an entire family of Eagles fans lol. I know horrible isn't it? They WERE NASTY. Holy crap. I can't believe someone would be so proud of raising their kids to cheer on loser teams.

Stupid stuff happens all over the place. I'm not defending it, but to place the focal point solely on Philadelphia is a little harsh.

Shoot, I went to the Eagles 30-11 Divisonal Playoff loss in Texas Stadium in 1996. I was 16 years old and decked out in full Eagles gear. Me and my friend drove up from central Texas because we were given tickets as Christmas presents.

I had beer thrown on me twice. But I know all Boys fans aren't clowns like the two drunkards who dumped on me that day.

one of my best friends and cousin is a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan. He literally told me last week before the game that we had no chance because "philly's o-line,wr's,qb,rb,d-line,lb's,and DB's were better then Dallas". I am not making that up either and he truely believed it. then about mid 3rd quarter after all us Cowboy fans were all over him for running his mouth all week he proceeded to tell us that Philly didn't care about that game anyhow. LOL. Philly fans are the worst IMO.

Let me share with you my experience:

I went to the Eagles/Cowboys game at the vet in 1996. I was 16 years old and decked out in full Cowboys gear. Me and my friend drove up from central hellhole because we were given tickets as Christmas presents.

I had snowballs filled with batteries thrown at me twice. But I know all eagles scum fans aren't clowns like the two drunkards who pummeled me that day.

In the picture, they were just getting started.

Later that evening, you could see (some) were pretty wasted.

There were 2 egirls fans close to our seats, small little shxts that wanted to start a fight with a guy (the biggest) in our group. It was too funny.
