Allen is a try hard player, a lot like Hayden. Maybe a little more explosive, but he should not be a difference maker.

Yes Sproles is a threat. But mostly on those screen passes. I would put Lee to shadow him and call it a day.

I think he needs special attention, Lee would be a good start. Sproles has not lost a step and will maul you if you miss the first tackle.
