Adam Schefter, of ESPN, reports New Orleans Saints restricted free-agent RB Mike Bell has signed an offer sheet with the Philadelphia Eagles, according to his agent. The offer is a one-year deal worth $1.7 million. The Saints will have seven days to match the offer.
