Eagles/Broncos game thread

Am I watching Denver in 2005 or Denver in 1998? The Philadelphia Eagles present "Best of the Denver Broncos".

I think Denver is solid-good at home, but the Eagles are pathetic.

This Philadelphia team is starting to remind me of watching that 1997 Dallas Cowboys squad. Lots of starpower, but a team that isn't that good.

that is a GREAT comparison. And it is looking totally valid. Last week, as great as the NFC east is I still felt that the eagles were the team to beat. Given the events in the past 3 weeks (SD played them very well, too) I don't think they win this division. Teams that lose the superbowl have a very bad track record the last few years and I am thrilled the eagles look to be continuing that trend.

I think McNabb is hurt worse than they're saying. With the fact that they rarely ever run the ball, that only compounds the problem.

trick play in the 1st half reeks of desperation...

oooh another completion...

Donovan better watch out with all thse completions. It might become a trend... :)

we can only hope so :)

but there is something really wrong with this team, and I love it!

Is it wrong that I derive such pleasure from watching the Iggles get destroyed?

Of course it isnt!!! :iggles:

HAHA McFLABB got hit on a play that didn't count.LOL, Man McFlabb took a beating on that series of plays

Trevor Pryce looks good. I thought he'd be done once the back problems hit. Denver's line looks surprisingly competent rushing the passer.
