There's two side to that coin and you want your offense humming week 1, so I don't think it is quite so cut and dried. Football is a rough sport. Put me in the group saying in some seasons to send out the offense for 2, maybe 3 if quick ones, series in one preseason game. Not the defense because the same rhythm isn't needed. Might you get an injury in those dozen or so snaps, yes. Do I really care if they play them in the preseason or not, no. I think it is something the coach should decide in practice, including practices against other teams. If he thinks the guys need it, do it, if not, sit them.

Believe it or not, MY post in the other thread calling to end rooting for injuries...got deleted.

The post on this very thread from a Cowboys fan stating "I hope every Eagles player tears their Achilles tendon" and "I hope his career is over" remains.

This is not just "allowed" by this site....it's encouraged.

But yeah.....Michael Irvin.....

It just sucks for the GOOD fans in here....cuz you know what karma does. Just will have to wait to see who WE lose now.
