Seems like Father & Son are in a hurry to put holes in draft slots for other people’s off loads see ( Lance & Mingo ) . I admit a 3 for Pickens was ok but now you have to resign him to big $$ or else you had a one year rental .

There has been a lot of news here on the issues with Brown and the birds.

I'm curious to see how if they resign Pickens to a big contract, how that is going to play out with Lamb.

That said, I was one for blowing up the team after the Green Bay playoff loss, and what Jerry has done since that lost has still baffled me and I'm at the point of guessing that Jerry won't have two high paid receivers going into next year.

Complete agree. Question becomes what do you pay Pickens to keep him? The bigger questions then becomes what does Jerry spend on the defensive side of the ball?

Questions aside, the bigger issue is the common sense Jerry uses in his players and what he pays them in his mind.

Keep in mind, Jerry will never be able to live up to his "all in" comment until he shows he's willing to do it.
