In less than 24 hours, we’ll know whether the Eagles trade up to get quarterback Marcus Mariota. For now, we know they want to.

Per a league source, the Eagles are “doing all they can” to make the move from No. 20.

The Browns pick is worth considerably more than Bradford and a #2. They would have to sweeten the pot a whole lot more than that. My guess would be a high pick next year too.

It is a bit scary to think of the Eagles offense with a QB who is actually not horrible. Foles sucks. I love when we played the Eagles recently because Foles is terrible.

However, if the Eagles have to mortgage their draft and/or team to get that QB, then that is sweet. Mariota won't step in and make a team a contender right away. Especially if they're trading picks and players left right and centre

I also get a slight Joey Harrington vibe from Mariota. I still think he'll do well, but just saying.

I much rather face Bradford.
Mariotta wont be a first year wonder but there is more to enjoying football then
one year. This is not the eternal now.

I think they'll give up as much as it takes to get Mariota. Anyone negotiating with the inexperienced 'GM Chip Kelly' has an advantage (except Cleveland).

I like Mariotta, don't love him as an NFL QB...he needs the right system and a defense to keep him safe when he goes 3&out quickly...philly has the right system, but likely would have to give up resources to get him...I can see Mariotta being successful in philly's offense, but them getting him is the issue

You're going to have to get a bit more to move up with just 12 and 20 to the second slot.
Try adding in next years number 1 and 2 picks also....
At the very least.
