Eagles Fans VERY Nervous Over Westbrook

I was checking in on their Boards and they are all talking about this guy McCoy and how important he will be. I had no idea who he was until I found out he is Westbrook's backup.

They are scared to death because they are saying he looked old today and he hurt his ankle...again. Without the production he has given them over the years, they simply will not be the team everyone thinks they will be.

i wouldnt say they would be hurt real bad without westbrook,they still have weapons on offense, and mccoy is a decent rb, but not in the class of a westbrook, to me mccoy is more a choice type runner.

but will certainly help us if the eagles are without westbrook;
happens to all players, just like when aikman, novachek, irvin, smith and the moose all got old so did our offense for years;

happens to every nfl team, age eventually catches up with you

Asante Samuel went down today in the 4th quarter. I can see a lot of Zoners ready to slurp the Saints after that win, but the Eagles looked really bad.

i wouldnt overlook the eagles, you have to remember the saints are basically an offensive team with brees;

you have to score to keep up with the saints;

then let your defense pound it out in 2nd half;

Seeing that defense get it handed to them today on their field fully cemented in my mind that the Panthers had a horrible game last week on offense, much more than the Eagles D is vaunted.

I knew when the Eagles Defense went up against a NORMAL QB they would have problems.

Poor eagles. They have the Danny White of QBs over there in McNabb (just can't win the big one) and they keep wanting better, it's not gonna happen.

I wouldn't count them out though, that coach over there is pretty good.
