So a journeyman backup who started 22 games in 7 seasons and played poorly is now ready to be a starter.
The reason this guy was on the Eagles filling in for Johnson is because they have multi year contracts on 4 out of 5 OL starters had had to go low end draft picks and bargain basement FA on their backups!

They traded a draft pick to get him back as he was familiar with the coach and personnel. If he wants to start it won’t be on Philadelphia. Or Jacksonville, apparently.

It pains me to say this but I would use all resources to upgrade this dammmm defense. Let the coaches do their job and coach up whoever we have on the OL… some pieces are there.

Get this defense respectable in the top 10 and watch the team get 10 to 12 wins.
