Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Philadelphia Eagles and free agent QB Jeff Garcia (Lions) have agreed in principle to a deal. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Garcia looked like he was done a while back in Cleveland, I don't see any reason to consider this some great signing. He's going to a west coast offense team so that does suit him but I don't see any big deal about it.
