A NFL season of any length (14 games for those d enough to remember, 16 games or now 17 games) is a season of attrition. How best to survive the grind is the goal.

Hate to see any player injured, but, it comes with the long tough season. Missing Johnson against the Saints and Giants won't be easy. But if he is not himself or not there in the playoffs against the 9ers or Cowboys pass rush...uh oh.

Is it about a month before their first playoff game? Should be ok for that i would think...
Agree. Precautionary hold out. If they are on the waiver wire trying out new OL's as a replacement that's a different story. I'll be he'll be in the lineup first playoff game.

How many players are they holding out on a precautionary basis while the one seed hangs in the balance? Two games left.

This is big for them but the Cowboys didn't do much better against their backup.

Could happen. The Titans are tough.
If we can't beat the Titans with Malik Willis at quarterback, Dan Quinn needs to be fired on the spot.
No way a Willis-led team should beat our already-playoff-bound team.
Micah should have AT LEAST three sacks.
All the defense has to do is contain Derrick Henry.
Nobody else on that offense should be us.
