Eagles' remaining schedule worries me

Comparing the remaining schedules of everyone in the division, I see at least 5 more losses for the Skins. That would put that them at 7-9 and out of the playoffs. Not too concerned here or with the Giants obviously.

Washington 2-4

@ Denver
vs San Diego
@ Minnesota
@ Philadelphia
vs San Francisco
vs NYG
vs Kansas City
@ Atlanta
vs Dallas
@ NYG

That leaves the Cowboys and the Eagles. Comparing the two schedules, I have my concerns.

-they have one more home game than us.
-they play the Bears/Lions at home while we get them on the road.
-We play the Skins/Giants on the road while they get them at home.
-Both teams have to play the Packers but we also get the Saints.

I know they have been bad at home recently but you still want to always play at home. I could easily see this division crown coming down to the final regular season game again this year.

Dallas 4-3

@ Detroit
vs Minnesota
@ New Orleans
BYE
@ NYG
vs Oakland
@ Chicago
vs Green Bay
@ Washington
vs Philadelphia

Philadelphia 3-4

vs NYG
@ Oakland
@ Green Bay
vs Washington
BYE
vs Arizona
vs Detroit
@ Minnesota
vs Chicago
@ Dallas

They stink at home.
Their QB's are pretty crappy also.

Their defense is near reprehensible sans today.

Not too worried about the Eagles, but anything is possible...

It's basically exactly the same except we get NO and they get Zona. That's how it goes but we basically have a 1.5 game lead on them and get them at home to end the season. If they have a better record than Dallas after week 17 then Dallas only has themselves to blame and Philly deserves the playoff spot.

It does not scare me considering Vick cannot stay healthy, prior to today they had the 32nd rated defense, and they have lost 9 home games in a row. Why are we crowning them before they accomplish anything at all, even say ending a home losing streak that may reach double digits in two weeks?

I'd feel tons better about it if Detroit hadn't lost at home today.

The Eagles having more home games might be a good thing given the fact that the Eagles have lost their last 9 homes games.

That's why the win today was so huge. A win by Dallas in the last game means we basically have to lose three more games than the Eagles for them to win the division. Oh, and Dallas is getting better and the Eagles are not.

They finish the season here and they're a game behind us.

Nothing is guaranteed. They could still come back and win the division. But if they do, we don't belong in the playoffs anyway.

If that's the case, give me the higher pick and let them get buried in the first round instead of us.

Washington getting KC, SD, and SF at home helps them a ton. Those are all loses on the road, but not for sure losses at home.

I'm not worried about them. Their team was pathetic today and even with Vick back.. they don't worry me. He is getting older and gets injured easy, his only decent receiver is Jackson and their defense is absolute garbage... even though our offense played down to their level today. This is our division to win.. we are hands down better than all
other teams in it. I see us winning it this year.
