Eagles rule violation?

ALLEGEDLY, according to profootballtalk.com, the Eagles are being investigated by league for contacting Wentz and Goff and their agents about whether or not players would accept contract offsets if drafted by the eagles......
If true I think the penalty levied against Philthy should be enormous. Thoughts?

Well that could have changed the ENTIRE draft. Instead of Zeke we could been lookin at Wentz.....I think if it's true the league should make Wentz a free agent able to sign with any team except the Eagles.
I mean if either QB said no then the Eagles may not have traded up, which affects EVERYTHING

I do see a penalty. John Mara will be involved and with agreement from the league and Eagles, force the Cowboys to give up 2016 cap space.
