there was some discussion about him in the draft zone and then he tanked his senior season. pretty good athlete making plays on the run. could be a camp body, could end up a gem, we know they don't really care about passing efficiency with vick and mcnabb and that is where this kid struggles so who knows, he makes plays.

He needs to be throwing the ball downfield. He's more of a Quincy Carter and not a McNabb. His short passing is awful.

He has some nice athleticism and a very strong arm...unfortunately for him, he has basically the same accuracy as Rube Baker (Major League 2) trying to get the ball back to the pitcher after a pitch.

Yeah he is athletic with a really good arm but instead of being aimed down the sights of a rifle he's like a runaway machine gun -- spray all over the place.

Kind of like Tavaris Jackson. Tavaris would throw bullet passes to guys wide open in the flats, lol.

I watch a ton of Miami games. He will be hard pressed to make an NFL roster. He just isn't very good. He doesn't make enough plays.

It's funny you said he tanked his senior season, bc his season year was BY FAR his best.

completed 65% of his passes, 20 tds only 9 int's, and a 150 QBrating.

People think of him as being a mobile QB, but the truth is the most he ever ran for in a season was 101 yards, he was a freshman. He had -219 as a sophomore,27 as a junior and 88 as a senior.

He is much more of a Geno Smith type of QB then a Griffin or Vick type. (meaning he stays in the pocket most of the time)

He is a tall kid with a slight build. I believe he weighs in at 195 lbs. I think he is a good athlete. Not a running QB, but a guy that can by time if the pocket collapses. Just not consistent enough. Needs several years to develop and even then may not be good enough to be a quality NFL QB.
