I will bet the big difference is Cleveland had to take a much higher contract in regards to Cooper than Reager still on a rookie deal. They got Dallas out of his contract completely.

Raegor still young, he may turn out to be pretty good. Now he has a QB light years ahead of the trash in Philly, so no more excuses.
