Clearly? It’s all based on something James Franklin said AFTER the signing. The complaint is that the GM talked to the player directly, during the tampering period… this is basically hearsay as Franklin was not on the call.

If there is actual evidence then I hope the eagles get a legit penalty…but this smells like it’s going nowhere.

If this is true, then both of these teams shouldn't be allowed to sign any FAs for the next couple of years and they should both lose the 1st rd picks for the same length to. NFL needs to send a bold message that tampering will not be tolerated in the league.
