The Texans offense splitting QB snaps was the issue. One was a really mobile QB and the other was a more typical QB. In essence the defense could not get into a good flow due the changing styles

Good teams find a way to win, and we did just that yesterday. Sloppy play from pretty much everyone at times but the defense made a few big plays end of game and the O had an awesome long drive to win it.

Philly has had many one score games against inferior opponents this season. There is no bounce back that you need to look for. Dallas will remain up and down and the matchups and timing will predicate which team you will see in the field.

I’m amazed at how many fans look at common scores and think that is any kind of predictor of future scores. As you rightly point out Jumbo, the eagles beat the colts by 1; we beat them by 35 so obviously the Cowboys will kill the eagles, lol. It’s fools gold because the NFL is the most unpredictable league in sports.

Trying to convince oneself we played better than people think by score total is bizarre but pretty typical for Cowboys fans trying to rationalize what we've all seen before.

Surprisingly, the media is handling yesterday's game way better than this fanbase. From GMF to Colin Cowherd, I've heard them say this was actually a good win for Dallas. That every team has their off days and it says a lot for a team to overcome that and pull down a win from a bad game. I agree. Yeah, it wasn't a pretty win, but it didn't have to be.

I would rather walk out with a win knowing there is much work to do and there is still time to do so, than I would be to losing the game. Either way winning or losing this team knows they did not play great and knows they have to improve. So yeah damn happy to see them get out of this game with a win
