That was a terrible call.

What's with the NFL in recent years changing rules on the fly?

If the arm is coming forward AT ALL, and is controlled, it is an incomplete pass.

You can see the projection of the ball going forward in which was blocked by a defender. The NFL is becoming a game people are not going to want to watch anymore.
