I look for the Eagles to crash since they won their Superbowl. They were so focused that T.O. would not come to Philly and win. They can than Drew for the win. If you go back and look at the game. The Eagles are going to find out they really were given a gift last Sunday. McBriar gift-wrapped the game & Drew went over and delivered the goods. The Cowboys dominated the game in all phases but on what really matters, the final score. The eagles did not impress me with the win. Keep a close look on the eagles. They will not be a contender this year in the NFC. As bad as Dallas played they were still there to tie & win. Philly got up for this one but watch out for emotional wins early in the season. Especially playing your Superbowl/T.O-Bowl early in October.

I was just thinking that. However, their weak schedule can go far in giving them false confidence. We need to meet that false confidence with real football playing ability.

I even believe that Drew who is good for one key victory a season is going to play well the next time we meet them. Yeah I said it. Drew is going to have a real good game against the Eagles next time we play them.

Oh fart. Did I really say that?

You make a good point. We'll find out Sunday. They play New Orleans which statistically will be their toughest test to date at 4-1. Plus the games on the road. Should be interesting.

What I find interesting is the belief that a team who was beaten for three (3) 40+ yard passing plays was dominant in all phases of the game. The Cowboys were better in exactly two phases, running the ball and stopping the run. The Eagles were also better in exactly two phases, passing the ball and stopping the pass. The Eagles were better than the Cowboys in the two phases that matter most in winning football games.

With all of the emotion of TO returning, the team and the fans were pumped. It was more important than the Super Bowl to them. After the game I heard one fan on his cell phone saying that it was the greatest day of his life. With a possible division title on the line, aren't you glad that the rematch will be on our home turf with the revenge factor on our side?

McSlob is their QB. They will never win the big game unless the other team loses it for them. :D

Eagles won a game ...no more or less! You may have over-rated this game a bit. Even Trotter stated before the game that the Eagles weren't looking at this game as Eagles versus TO ...they played the game as though it were the Eagles against the Dallas Cowboys.

You may have a better chance at beating us in your house ...we'll see!

Too funny! The Eagles are 4-1, win a game against a division rival that's on their schedule, their QB leads all other QB's in the league in stats, and you say "I look for the Eagles to crash since they won their Superbowl?"

I'm not saying the Eagles will win the Superbowl this year, because I believe although they are very good and talented at key positions they do have some holes that will bite them when it counts. They are not dominant this year, as they were in 2004. However, for you to make a statement like that after such an embarrassing loss is silly.

If the Eagles at 4-1 are about to crash, where does that leave the Cowboys?????

Using your same analogy ...had the Cowboys won the game against the Eagles, shouldn't you lose against the upcoming game against Texas

Don't confuse the Cowboys with the Fecals. It's like comparing Apples and well, Fecal matter.

Sounds like a lot of sour grapes in this post. The Eagles won and the Cowboys lost. It's time for both the team and its' fans to move on.

Your team isn't nearly as good as you think.....we turned the ball over 3 times, Bledsoe had his worst game as a cowboy, our rookie FS had his worst game as a pro, McNabb had a 350 yard day, your defense sacked us 7 times, TO was held to 50 receiving yards, etc etc etc.....yet despite all of this we still were in position to tie the game in the most hostile environment with 30 seconds left in the game.

The losses are coming don't worry....hopefully they start this sunday in New Orleans. It's not how you start, it's how you finish.

Hopefully they already started and ended with the NY Giants.
