Philly may want to trade up but the problem is they lack ammo. No 2nd rounder this year. Additionally, now that RG3 is in Cleveland, they probably have no interest in Bradford, who I have no doubts the Eagles were trying to sell Cleveland on.
In other words, it's a real longshot for the Eagles to trade up.
Further, don't assume they want Elliott at 8. In fact, the moment Roseman their GM came out and gushed about Elliott and how they could take a TB at 8, that was a giant sign that they probably have no intentions of taking Elliott at 8....................
