All Eagle fans would probably want to lose the Commanders to keep the Cowboys out of the playoffs. So my question is this. When was the last NFC East team that lost all their divisional games? Even when the Cowboys went 1-15 they beat the Commanders.

I think the last time that happened was with the Skins during Spurrier's second year as their head coach (2003).

Nope, we beat the Giants that year. The last (and only) time the Skins lost all their division games was 1994. I don't know if that's the last time for anyone in the division though.
