For a HOF-caliber Safety, it seems like his career might be done...

Any chance we can get him for like a 1 year, $1mn deal?

I just don't think teams are interested on getting themselves involved in his issues and drama.

The Ravens, who are one of the most respected front offices in the league, took the financial/cap risk solely to get him out of the locker room. Not to mention other teams that typically take flyers on guys like him (us, Vegas, Washington, etc) have completely stayed out of it.

We are rumored to be in on Sherman. If we bring him and his leadership/history of holding ET accountable in the secondary then I’m all for it. ET alone as the vet amongst all our young guys scares me.

Physically I think he could still get after it. Mentally and Emotionally he might be toast. What happened to that guy?
they say money and fame is the great "enhancer" of ones true inner character that already exists within them. The money is what happened, the fame is what happened. it inflated an already HUGE ego to a point where he couldnt function...on or off the field. Same thing happens to alot of players. Look at AB...but at least he was able to make a comeback..I dont think ET has the drive to do so.

Last I had heard on Earl Thomas, there was still some bad incidents going on with him in his personal life. I don’t think any NFL team wants to get into that.
