Draft back with patriots. Receive 23, 87, and 122. Pats move up to take a QB.

1st 23- S Xavier McKinnley, Alabama
2nd 51- DT Neville Gallimore, Oklahoma
3rd 82- WR Devin Duvernay, Texas
3rd 87- DE Alton Robinson, Syracuse
4th 120- TE Dalton Keene, Virginia Tech
4th 122- OT Cameron Clark, Charolette
5th 164- CB Dane Jackson, Pitt

Don't mind the draft but one of those 3rd round picks has to be a corner unless we throw some big FA resources at the position. You can't have a 5th round pick as a starter whereas I'd feel okay with either Lawrence, Armstrong, Crawford and potentially Gregory at DE or Cooper, Gallup, Cobb, and Smith at WR.

Yeah definitely wouldn’t go into the draft without Byron or a replacement. A 3rd round pick wouldn’t make me feel any better about our secondary honestly. Byron is likely going to get $13+ mil per year, I think there are a few options more in the 8-10 mil range that can at least supplement short term.
