People will still give MVP to Rivers, it's offensive player of the year that they let RBs win. Voters just like giving the MVP to QBs.

If Murray breaks 2k yards rushing, he's a lock for MVP, especially with the Cowboys sitting at 5-1. Though If Murray doesn't win it, Romo possibly could or at least be a candidate. Since he's been healthier, he's played arguably just as good as any QB in the NFL. He's made some very clutch plays these past couple games to put his team in position to win it. It's obvious that his first couple performances this year were just due to rust and the lack of repetition, his back was probably worse at that time as well. Maybe I'm just biased though.

Regardless who wins it, I just hope it's a Cowboy because that means we're playing Football in January.
